Camera Photo Sessions

1. Full Photo Session (camera photos) - $235

2. Mini Photo Session (up to 12 camera photos) - $160 *

3. Update Photo Session (up to 6 camera photos) - $140 This applies only to properties I have already photographed. This is useful usually for rental units when the weather and vegetation has changed or when the owner has updated the house inside and/or outside. If you need more than 6 images then simply purchase the mini photo session, which has up to 12 camera photos.

* Note: When you select the mini package, I will use my best judgement to take the few photos to best represent the property. If you want to pick from a larger selection, then please purchase a full photo session and make your selection from the larger group of images.

Drone Photo Sessions

Stand Alone Drone Photo Session. This session includes a top down photo, angled photos from several areas to show the property and/or house, and angled photos to show the property and/or house with the horizon. These photos will always have the property or house in them and the house will be identified, usually with a property marker pin. - $225

Note: Some areas, such as very close to airports, prisons, jails, temporary flight restriction zones, etc., are restricted areas with different levels of restrictions and all airspace - everywhere - is controlled 100% by the FAA and no one else. Some areas cannot be flown in and some require FAA clearance. As a certificated and registered Part 107 drone pilot, I obey all FAA flight rules.

Add On Services

These services are an add on fee when done at the same time as one of the Camera Photo Sessions:

1. Add on drone aerial photos. This group of aerial photos also includes a top down photo of the property and will include all of the property only if the property is not larger than the field of view of the drone’s camera, which is 24mm. (This must be done at the same time as the camera photo session or it will be considered a stand-alone drone photo session). $100.00

2. Add on one (1) top down drone photo. This is one drone shot from directly above the house. The maximum height of the drone is 400 feet so the photo will include all of the property only if the property is not larger than the field of view of the drone’s camera, which is 24mm. $50

   Note #1: This top down drone photo is included in the larger add on drone photos service.

   Note #2: This top down drone photo does not include flying away from the house to angle the camera to get more of the property or the horizon in the shot.

3. Add on 2D standard floor plans start at $75.00 and go up depending on the size of the house, which includes all scanned areas such as basements, porches, decks, etc. All rooms must be accessible. Rooms with locked doors, such as owner’s closets, might make the floor plan unattainable. This must be done at the same time as the photo session. All rooms must be moderately clean and not junked up as this may keep my equipment from being able to accurately scan the wall areas. 2D standard floor plans for areas around 2,500 sq. ft. and larger (including all scanned areas, such as porches, decks, basements, etc.) start at $135.00.

Virtual Staging

Virtual staging photos:
