Copyright Information - Rights to Use the Photos – Editing Information

• All images produced by Clark Barrow Photography are automatically copyright protected by federal copyright laws.

• All images photographed for real estate agents and property managers are photographed for the purpose of either selling or renting the property. The realtor is therefore granted Temporary Usage Rights for those images to be used for their intended purpose.

• You may use the images to promote (advertise) yourself and/or your business if you desire.

• The images you purchase the rights to for temporary use are non-transferable and you may not give them away, sell them, or trade them.

• Cropping and/or editing images is not allowed. If you want an image cropped or edited in any way, just let me know and I will see what I can do. I do not edit out defects of the house or property or edit out neighboring properties.

• You are granted permission to have the images virtually staged by another entity if you so desire.

• You may not claim the images as yours, place your company name, logo, or copyright on them.
